The Manager, Compliance Analytics & Reporting will play a leading role in ensuring the compliance department utilizes the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in data monitoring and analytics to assist the enterprise in identifying and mitigating risks. Provides a centralized platform with consolidated uniform analytics for all Tenet entities.
Strategically responsible for providing a holistic view of risks across key enterprise functions and identifying high compliance risks across the enterprise; transforming data into actionable information and plans; improving timeliness of identifying higher risk actions within the enterprise; providing uniform methodology for visualizing risks; engaging key functional areas within the entities to prioritize risk areas of focus; and, providing increased monitoring capabilities regarding issue recurrence and issue mitigation and remediation effectiveness.
Tactically responsible for the following processes: compliance dashboards and other reporting mechanisms throughout the enterprise; management certifications and attestations; compliance data mining, including identifying trends and potential risks using various data modeling methodologies; and compliance audit standardization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree required (preferred areas: Business, Computer Science, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Mathematics or Statistics).
- 5-7 years progressively responsible management experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel (formulas/pivot tables/macros) is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Compliance 360 and Service Now highly preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Healthcare Compliance oversight and monitoring concepts is preferred.
