Position Summary: The Enrollment Manager serves as a proxy for the Director of Operations, overseeing the activities and partners of the Enrollment System ensuring its processes operate smoothly and produce high-performing results. This position also performs the duties of enrollment management ensuring the reconciliation process is correct and account for, variances are identified, root causes are resolved and explained and ultimately reported and remediated. This includes, but not limited to monitoring member matching queues, analyzing notification reports from data orchestration, and actioning errors. The enrollment manager submits enrollment data and reviews regularly received reports from federal, state, and commercial payer contracts to identify and resolve data discrepancies. The incumbent works closely with payors to ensure enrollment and attribution are correct, as well as monitors our master provider data and claims feeds. This position has responsibilities in data interoperability, quality assurance, process improvement, departmental and administrative policies and procedures, and communication. The enrollment manager performs advanced support and analytical work in managing, monitoring, coordinating, facilitating, and tracking the programs foundational data initiatives and activities that includes, but is not limited to enrollment, claims, and provider data sets. The incumbent works closely with information service and technology and the analytics and medical actuary teams to ensure the highest quality and most accurate enrollment and claims data is received. The incumbent may also be required to work across multiple teams and committees to manage activities; maintain implementation plan(s); communicate team decisions; resolve issues and workflow changes and prepare briefings as needed to support the successful performance of the associated program. This position requires a high aptitude of technical skills, organization, keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications, meeting-management skills, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and privileged information, and development of materials in support of the program.
