Operations Manager (Call Center experience preferred)
JOB SUMMARY: The SWHP Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of department. Responsible for providing leadership, oversight and long range planning to ensure that all areas are operating at the highest standard possible ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. WHAT IS EXPECTED (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): -Serves as the main point of contact for team and addresses general issues; escalates to leadership as appropriate. Liaison with top management -Addresses employee problems and grievances -Assist in the development of strategic plan
