The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania is seeking a senior director, compliance support. The senior director, compliance manages issues related to regulatory compliance across the continuum of care and hospital operations. This position plays a pivotal role working closely with HAP member hospitals and health system staff in various roles to help member organizations understand and meet the expectations of those who pay and regulate the industry. This position works collaboratively to shape HAP’s regulatory and legislative response to the state and federal public policy issues that affect Pennsylvania hospitals and health systems.
