Position Summary:   The Regional Director, Clinical Services provides inspiring leadership to support the clinical and administrative functions of designated health centers.  Provides innovative direction and supervision to Center Managers and ensures that all center operations are compliant with established processes/standards and consistent with the mission and core values of the agency.  Monitors key performance indicators including, but not limited to, trends in services, visit volume, patient experience, staff experience, health equity, patient demographics, and staffing patterns.
