The Behavioral Health Director is responsible to plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of Behavioral Health Services at Good Samaritan Hospital. This includes Frawley Out-Patient and satellite clinics, Integration services, EAP services, crisis service, behavioral health services that are provided on the medical floors and the Emergency Room. The Director would also assist the Administrator of Behavioral Health with Inpatient Chemical Dependency as needed. The focus is to meet clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity, ensuring that excellent care is being provided in accordance with regulatory standards.
