Description Your Role: $10,000.00 Signing Bonus & Relocation Stipend signing incentives Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking to hire a Manager of Diagnostic Laboratories, whom will lead the clinical laboratory sections and/or laboratory support functions within the Diagnostic Laboratories HLA Testing of Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This position provides direction for the supervisors of these individual laboratories and serves as a key resource to integrate clinical activities and optimize patient care. With the lab leadership team, the Manager defines clinical performance standards and quality measures, monitors actual performance, and when necessary, identifies problems and initiates corrective action
