Position Summary: As a member of the Client Services team, the Project Manager II (PM) serves as a key resource for implementation, optimization, and/or solutions/support. The Project Manager II may work under the supervision of a more senior Project Manager or Project Director to ensure that assigned parts of a project run smoothly and efficiently. This individual serves as a single point of accountability to provide project management support of multiple small or medium projects or subprojects within programs with low to moderate complexity to meet objectives. The Project Manager II must demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder and team relationships by proactively communicating and supporting proactive management of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. The PM II is expected to spend time within our facilities and critical areas to maintain a firm understanding of operations to ensure project methodologies and implementation strategies are designed and executed with the patient at the heart. Travel will be as necessary to support various departmental initiatives. To be successful within our department project managers should have a passion for innovation and revolutionizing healthcare. Minimum Requirements: Healthcare operations working knowledge Familiarity with application methodology and tools, certifications, training or additional experience Financial services, hospital operations, supply chain, or IT optimization, implementation experience Microsoft Office Proficiency MultiCare and MultiCare-based systems knowledge preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: CAPM or PMP preferred Epic Certification preferred
