As the non-profit organ procurement organization serving Alaska, Montana, North Idaho, and Washington, LCNW works collaboratively with more than 200 hospitals to save lives through organ and tissue donation. LCNW's mission is to help as many donor families and transplant candidates as possible, by continually increasing the number of organ donors, organs transplanted, and tissue donors in its service area, in the most cost-effective and the highest quality manner possible. With this mission in mind, the next Chief Executive Officer, in concert with the Governing Board of Directors (Board), will chart the course of the organization and develop future short- and long-range strategic plans. The CEO represents the organization in the organ and tissue donation and transplant community, ensuring effective engagement with the organization’s key stakeholders, including donor hospitals, transplant programs, other donation partners, and the public. Working closely with the executive team, this leader provides broad executive management necessary to generate continuous performance improvement and ensure achievement of organizational goals.
