Milwaukee, WI – Froedtert Hospital is seeking a passionate and experienced senior leader to serve as the Vice President, Quality. Working across a complex and highly matrixed academic medical center, the Vice President, in partnership with enterprise quality leadership, is responsible for the strategic vision, long term planning, direction and overall accountability for quality outcomes, performance improvement, change management, patient relations, care management, privileging and accreditation functions of Froedtert Hospital. The Vice President, Quality will support operational leaders in the further integration of quality and safety functions in a manner that leverages and optimizes clinical operations of the Hospital and creates seamless integration throughout Froedtert Health. The Vice President will promote a High Reliability Organization and Just Culture of shared responsibility and clinical practice standards at Froedtert Hospital to assure maximum patient safety and the highest quality of care delivered across the continuum. The Vice President will also provide executive oversight and guidance for all regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and energetic change agent with a proven track record in creating a culture of quality, safety, and performance improvement with a minimum of 5 years progressive leadership in a complex, academic medical center or health system. A Master’s degree in a health care field or business administration is required and a clinical background is preferred.
