This healthcare quality professional will provide leadership and support for Center for Virtual Health performance improvement initiatives consistent with the center's mission, priorities and goals. In addition to oversight of outcome measure reporting, responsibilities include quality, patient safety and process improvement projects which support programs attributed to a highly reliable organization specially but not exclusively focusing on the Acute Care Hub for the Center for Virtual Health.
The PI Project Manager will interact regularly with management and staff from Center for Virtual Health, Medical Group, CareVio, Performance Improvement, Data Informatics and Analytics, Patient Safety, Accreditation, Clinical Documentation, Care Management, Population Health, Health Information Management Services, Information Services, Service line Leaders, Medical-Dental staff and Nursing. Periodic contact with the organization's executive leadership for Quality and Care Management, Population Health, Patient Safety, Essential Services, as well as internal and external customers.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in business, nursing, healthcare or related field
Formal project management training or equivalent with five years of experience in managing senior level complex organizational projects
Demonstrated sustainment in achievement of desired outcomes and leading transformational organizational projects for quality/safety.
Certification by National Association for Health Care Quality (CPHQ)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred;
Experience in managing and mentoring other healthcare professionals
Experience in successfully leading, facilitating and participating in multi-disciplinary teams using performance improvement tools and methodologies required
Education and/or experience in one or more of the following are desirable: health information technology, performance improvement, outcome analysis, safety science, utilization management, population health
Experience in using electronic medical records, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Tableau and other data collection, analysis and reporting platforms
Experience in Research Design and Methodology preferred
