In addition to providing direct clinical care to patients in the behavioral health department, this position will provide management and clinical supervision of other master's level therapist in the Behavioral Health program. They will be responsible for developing standards for clinical care, and ensuring that all licensed therapists within the department are in compliance with these standards. This will be accomplished through direct supervision and chart review. The Manager Behavioral Health Therapeutic Services will also collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health to develop and implement programs to support the social and emotional needs of patients and their families in a health care setting.
