Catholic Health Services – Chief Executive Officer
Catholic Health Services (CHS) of the Archdiocese of Miami, the largest comprehensive Post-Acute Care system in the Southeast is seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly visible healthcare leader to serve as their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Operating within four medical campuses across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, CHS serves over 24,000 lives annually providing a full continuum of services, specializing in rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, home health care, early education and child care, low-income housing and hospice for seniors.
The CHS CEO will provide innovative and visionary leadership for the complex, multi-campus network of post-acute services. Reporting to the CHS's Board of Directors, the CEO will be an inspirational leader who will be a model of CHS's Catholic Faith Mission and Values. This individual will own the ultimate accountability for CHS's service, operational, financial, and quality performance excellence. Maintaining an evolving and nimble strategic planning process that continuously explores innovation and mission-driven growth opportunities will be critical. The CEO will serve as a highly visible and diplomatic spokesperson for CHS, one who is internally and externally committed to the organization's Catholic Faith Mission.
Candidates should have substantial experience in leading a sizeable system-related or independent multisite senior living or post-acute organization. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in leading innovation, strategy and growth initiatives within a large, complex healthcare organization, preferably a faith-based organization. This leader must have in-depth knowledge of the legislative and regulatory environment, and emerging trends in post-acute services and the broader healthcare arena. They must have a passion for the CHS mission and a proactive and collaborative leadership style.
