Erie Family Health Center is looking for an innovative and passionate individual like you to join our Clinical Operations Team! The Senior Director of Nursing and Practice Transformation leads the Department of Nursing and Clinical Quality to continually optimize team-based care at Erie.
Oversee and advocate for nursing and medical assistant practice delivered at Erie Family Health Centers’ clinical facilities
Implement approved strategic plans and budgets for Health Center nursing and clinical support staff via structured operational planning
Lead infection control and clinical compliance efforts and programs for agency
Promote work culture enhancement through effective internal communication and consensus building among nurses, medical assistants, providers, and other health center staff.
Organize and lead efforts to implement best practices among nursing and other clinical support staff through practice transformation projects
Create lean workflows and care team structures to support agency finances and transformation to value-based payment models
Five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, in a health care delivery organization.
The level of knowledge and experience equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a master's degree in health care, public health or business administration.
The cultural competency to work effectively in a multi-cultural, low income, minority environment.
Familiarity with the regulatory environment of healthcare.
RN or APRN background required.
Bilingual Spanish and English a plus
