Christiana Care is looking for a Practice Manager to lead our Hockessin Primary Care Practice!

We're looking for a Practice Manager to lead our Primary Care practice located in Hockessin, right off Route 41. This practice provides Primary Care to all ages, through team based care model and consists of 4 physicians; 3 APCs; 3 RNs, 1 LPN and 10 MA and OAs.
The Manager of Practice Operations is responsible for workflow, performance, and the overall management and operations of the Primary Care practice which includes maintaining finance and office productivity, meeting quality measures and patient/staff satisfaction and performance goals. The Manager works closely with the Director of Operations and clinical lead regarding financial/budget reporting, workflow processes and standardization, performance improvement and creating a collaborative work environment.
All support staff report to Practice Manager with clinical oversight and support from the Primary Care Nurse Manager.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for:
Management and operation of practice.
Partnership with Clinical Leaders regarding strategic planning, program and business development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting.
Collaboration with colleagues to ensure maximum benefit from office workflow efficiency and standardization across the Medical Group.
Education and experience requirements:
High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three years of experience working in a medical practice required.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required
