Work Hours/Shift: Full Time / Day
You Will Be Responsible For:
Provides input on goals with focus on fundraising, departmental, project or programmatic level.
Responsible for development of strategic annual-fund fundraising plans for assigned service lines and campuses, to include flight-plans, KPIs, goal setting and tactic implementation.
Develops and implements content strategy plans/schedules for internal and external projects and company-wide fundraising campaign initiatives. Includes social, email, digital media, internal and external media, video, and additional content needs to successfully achieve objectives and goals. Actively monitors, tracks and measures results in real time.
Manages and oversees consistent branding involving content marketing and advertising, web strategy, special events, media, social media strategy, email marketing strategy, video and storytelling content, sponsorships, customer service, internal communications, and new business opportunities.
Supervises people, programs and/or projects. Directs the day-to-day operations of the team.
Effectively manages service line/market-specific budgets, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility.
Develops tracking mechanisms to ensure return on investment of key fundraising initiatives. Develops quarterly ROI reports for Foundation leadership.
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field required
Three years of technical experience required
Two years of leadership/management experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge in Adobe products including photoshop and acrobat.
Experience in video editing tools such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro or Premiere
Knowledge in HTML
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
Intermediate experience in emerging digital media and technologies; proficient in social media platforms.
Strong background in writing and editing
Manages people, programs and/or projects. Directs the day-to-day operations of the team
The Foundation Communications Manager manages and implements integrated marketing and communication strategies, fundraising efforts and multi-channel campaigns for the organization's fundraising goals. This position works with the Foundation Director of Communications to develop and organize communication and fundraising plans to build engagement and drive revenue through marketing tactics, while generating leads through brand awareness and successful marketing results. Manages annual-fund fundraising campaigns and builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance the Foundation’s strategic vision.
