The Manager Revenue Cycle Training is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various training and development programs for Revenue Cycle in order to support organizational goals and priorities.
The Manager Revenue Cycle Training develops and implements curriculum for new hire, ongoing, and ad-hoc training due to new processes or initiatives; oversees day-to-day operations for Revenue Cycle Training and supervises a staff of trainers and coordinates with appropriate stakeholders to review/discuss/approve requests for required Revenue Cycle Training. Facilitates educational and learning programs; applies continuous improvement processes; recommends and deploys new training programs; oversees on-site facility training and audits; creates training solutions and course templates and supervises a staff of Access Services PRNs that provide coverage to BSWH facilities.
The ideal Mgr Revenue Cycle Training candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 3 years of experience with progressive responsibility for learning operations, implementation, and instructional design and Adult Learning Certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills; an ability to manage multiple priorities; utilizes logical and scientific thinking to interpret technical data develops action plans to improve business results. Must be able to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams and present ideas/recommendations to others; maintain confidentiality of PHI and other sensitive information; react effectively to unplanned circumstances, demands, and challenges facing the hospital. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present information to small and large teams and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
