Overview M Health Fairview has an immediate opening for an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for relationship management of employer group clients who purchase M Health Fairview branded healthcare and wellbeing programs. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with employer customers, and establishing productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders who have purchased one or more of the M Health Fairview Employer Solutions program portfolio. Oversight and management of these key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, profitability, and renewal is key to position success. The role is responsible for providing leadership and management to ensure a high level of customer service and responsiveness to all accounts, proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis. In addition to tracking performance and providing information for client review, all client communication related to product rollout, employee engagement and the annual renewal process will be directed by this role. The Account Manager represents the entire range of the Employer Solutions portfolio and is expected to be subject matter expert in each of the products. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships and address all day to day questions, issues, reports, requests and general inquiries. The account manager will hold at least quarterly client meetings to review program performance and address clients needs. This role will be expected to assess program performance and make recommendations for enhancements and/or improvements to product management.
