The Manager, Supply Chain Analytics has responsibility for creating and maintaining analytic operations, data integrity and strategic initiatives in Supply Chain. The position will work with leadership to help conceptualize, create, support and improve clinical, business, and strategic reporting and support process improvement outcomes across MemorialCare Health System originating through Supply Chain. Applies a thorough, advanced level knowledge of clinical and financial analysis and knowledge of systems technology to identify and design solutions within the Supply Chain. Serves as a resource to department managers and facilitates their use of corporate data. The role manages a team of analysts and ensures that all work is delivered timely, meets customer specifications, developed efficiently and uses standardized methods and adheres to data quality standards. A strong supporter of standardization and innovation, this manager challenges the status quo.

Manage a team of analysts, ranging from entry level to advanced. Regularly provide feedback and cultivate opportunities for professional development.
Create and support a culture of employee engagement, accountability, innovation, continuous improvement and efficiency.
Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of clinical and business functions related to operational workflows to contribute to the Supply Chain strategy.
Maintains strong controls related to data quality and integrity and embed this in all delivered products.
Effectively build relationships with customers, executive management, and other stakeholders through positive communication and interaction, problem identification and resolution.
Perform work independently with minimal supervision, to lead and grow business and user focused team, growing and hiring the next set of leaders, both managerially and technically.
Prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and the work is successfully completed within deadlines.
Ensure the KPI & metrics are aligned across the different business functions in the analytics team.
Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable objectives.
Design work schedules and organize employee training.
Resolve employee and client issues.
Maintain supply chain database and related documentation.
