As a Manager of Diversity Recruitment, you will be hyper focused on building partnerships with alumni associations, professional associations, diversity organizations, and community organizations to source passionate and talented diverse applicants for Norton Healthcare. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will partner with the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development teams on talent attraction.
This is a strategic role that requires implementation of recruitment initiatives that help to ensure that Norton Healthcare’s workforce is reflective of the community that we serve. You will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders and community resources to build a pipeline of highly qualified and diverse applicants.
· Overseeing the planning and execution of diversity hiring events.
· Managing a diversity recruitment team
· Continually keep abreast and drive the adoption of emerging best practices for diversity-focusing hiring and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
With a degree, three years of experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach
Without a Bachelor degree, five years of experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach.
One year of management.
