Position Summary: The Executive Director, Business Development & Physician Relations position plans, organizes, and directs the evaluation of new and same store business opportunities to grow market share, optimize revenue and achieve budgeted business development targets. Works closely in collaboration with operational and physician leaders for business development of all service lines, and facilitating the strategic planning process prior to operational implementation. Develops and manages the implementation of all growth strategies to develop, enhance and monitor relations between medical staff and community physicians. Recruits, leads and develops sales/physician relations team. |
