A referral-based specialty center, each year Gillette services patients from all 87 Minnesota counties, over 40 US states and territories and from many countries from around the world.
The COO will be part of a high performing and dynamic executive leadership team, reporting directly to the President and CEO, Barbara Walczyk Joers. Gillette has recently redesigned and is actively moving forward with implementing a new operating model that facilitates matrix relationships built on trust and accountability between colleagues throughout the organization. Strategic direction and oversight will be done at the executive leadership level. The COO is responsible for operations focused on service delivery areas for all of Gillette's sites.
