This position will lead and oversee the Marketing team in the Medicare Business Unit in creating and managing a robust and cost-effective Direct Response sales acquisition channel and a Lead Generation model. The individual will be a part of the Medicare leadership team and be responsible for developing multi-media Direct to Consumer, Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing strategies and managing the execution at scale, to deliver rapid membership growth from targeted consumer segments. They will be responsible for building strategy and working cross functionally to grow our Medicare Advantage population through marketing acquisition.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Required
Master's Degree or equivalent - Preferred
7 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities Direct Response Marketing powerhouse, using multiple media including Digital/web, email, mail, DRTV (Healthcare Experience preferred) - Required
