Corporate Clinical Services Coordinator

Care Initiatives is now hiring a Clinical Services Coordinator at our West Des Moines Corporate Office.  If you are an RN with experience and passion for skilled / long-term care nursing, this is a great opportunity for you.  

Duties will include:  development of policies and procedures, enhancing clinical systems, conducting audits, and supporting our facility and Regional support teams, and more.  Occasional travel to our Iowa facilities is required.  

Required:
* RN License in good standing
* 5+ years SNF clinical experience
* Must be insurable by our auto insurance carrier, i.e. no high risk insurance (MVR check is required)

Preferred:
* Point Click Care (PCC) experience
* Project Management
