In this position, the incumbent will function as a Cogito tools administrator, accountable for supporting Cogito reporting and analytics tools suite, including SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards and Analytics Catalog.
This includes:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide security policy.
Managing Reporting Workbench templates and creating or authorizing the creation of any new templates.
Tracking Reporting Workbench template build.
Coordinating technical implementation of overall data segregation strategy.
Monitoring Reporting Workbench report queues.
Monitoring Radar message broadcasting.
Enabling SlicerDicer data models.
Providing end-user support.
Participating in system upgrade and implementation activities.
This position typically works with end users, managers and senior management on efforts with a medium level of complexity. Incumbents in this role will estimate work, define solutions, perform system build and create system level documentation. Successful completion of Epic certifications/proficiencies is required.
