Position Overview The Digital Optimization Manager will provide strategic data science and operational analytic support for the Consumer Digital Product Teams. The Manager will implement and maintain a Dashboard and build best in class digital marketing analytics. They will be passionate about diving into various analytical tools and customer usage datasets to find new learnings and opportunities that will optimize the customer journey and digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated drive for working with data to solve complex problems.
Job Duties - Own the full funnel of online analytics, insight generation, and reporting - Ensure tagging and reporting are accurate and reliable site wide - Structure and execute regular insights reporting across the marketing team - Oversight and responsibility for setting strategy for Online Optimization, primarily SEO and Optimization Testing (e.g. A/B Testing) - Define Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing strategy, roadmap, and execution plan - Monitor and optimize SEO sitewide - Works closely with Consumer Product Analytics Team to ensure appropriate reporting needs are established - Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate A/B testing across the site - Collaborate with web team to create new ideas for enhanced site performance

Qualifications - 5+ years' experience delivering continuous improvement of conversion and other key metrics for high volume, consumer oriented, ecommerce sights - A demonstrated history of accountability and performance delivery, leading teams to meet or exceed objectives - Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making - Lean mindset – able to build up teams and technology as business need evolves - Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and related tactics required. - Knowledge of Google Analytics and website reporting required. - Working knowledge of digital and content management systems required - Knowledge of CRM
