This position reports to the Central Services Director. The Central Supply Team Lead will provide System organization and supervisory direction for distribution and inventory processes within CS department, to include servicing clinical and ancillary department requests within facility. Responsibilities include oversight on the distribution and storage of supplies, maintenance of work flow assessments, assisting Central Services Director with Human Resource Management, quality assurance, Associate satisfaction, and contract implementation. This position will collaborate with the Central Services Director and the System Director of Supply Chain Management to accomplish the duties and processes outlined.
High School Diploma or Equivelant
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Must have good communication skills in order to interact with Physicians, Nurses, and others.
Three to five years of experience in a Central Service or Materials Management environment required.
