The System VP Network Development & Outreach owns business development and promotion of all service lines and functions. This includes, but is not limited to, accountability for operational oversight and program volume growth, input into the strategic planning process for development and outreach and assistance with identifying grants or other philanthropic dollars.
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide input into the strategic planning process for network development and outreach, identify quality of care initiatives based on best practice & evidenced based data, ensure areas of responsibility exceed or meet operational targets, and develop plans/measures to ensure ongoing delivery of quality patient care through network development and outreach.
Provide direction and input into the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets driving Norton Healthcare’s network development and outreach activities & assist in identifying grants or other philanthropic dollars to support network development and outreach initiatives.
Proactively identify opportunities for network development and outreach and develop strategies to raise awareness of Norton Healthcare services on a local, regional and national basis.
Identify and implement specific growth strategies for both the primary and secondary service areas needed to meet strategic growth goals for assigned service lines.
Work with organization leadership to ensure network development and outreach programs are designed to be patient- and family-focused, sensitive to the need for operational efficiency to ensure outstanding clinical quality that is aligned with the mission, vision and values service basics.
