Works closely with the AVP for Accreditation and Regulatory to provide oversight for all departments and services to meet regulatory standard compliance. Coordinates the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational compliance with all regulatory/licensing standards and ongoing readiness for survey. Responsible for all survey activity related to licensing surveys or accreditation surveys by regulatory agencies. Facilitates the organizational activities related to the obtaining Disease Specific Certification for various clinical programs and maintains the certification readiness program. Insures that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
Licensed RN with 3-5 years clinical and acute care hospital experience required, BSN, Masters in health related field preferred. CPHQ preferred. Experience with regulatory and standards required. Ability to: organize and manage, coordinate, educate and communicate effectively and develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Successful completion of all required orientation programs. Computer applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
