Description Clinical/Translational Research Coordinator II 1912138 Putting Telehealth to the Test: An Evaluation of the Use of Telehealth to Increase the Population-Level Impact of an Employer-Based Diabetes Prevention Program Your Role: The Health Plus Diabetes Prevention Program (HP-DPP) is a highly effective employer-based weight management program but limited reach has prevented the program from having a greater impact on obesity and obesity-related illness. This program evaluation will determine if adding a video-teleconference (VTC) participation option (as a telehealth platform) to the HP-DPP can increase the public health impact of the program by improving its reach while maintaining its effectiveness and implementation. Assist PI with tasks related to research operations for the Health Plus Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP).
Assist PI/Medical Director of Health Plus , Health Plus Nurse Manager, and Health Plus Program Manager with tasks related to the execution and operations of the Health Plus DPP.
