Penn State Health is seeking a Senior Director, Value Based Operations to support growth!
Responsible for the overall management of quality, population health, and transitional care services for the PSH Medical Group and the Administrator of the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) for PSH. This position supports Medical Group and all PSH Hospitals to develop and carry out the ambulatory practice goals, objectives, and performance standards for quality, population health, and transitional care. This position also supports the leader and Medical Director of the CIN. This position utilizes pertinent management reports, benchmark data and other relevant information to manage the performance. To carry out these duties and responsibilities, the Senior Director for Value Operations must foster a positive, collaborative, and productive set of working relationships with senior management representing both internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field required. Ten (10) years of experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and/or direct clinical services required. Seven (7) years of management experience required. Experience with quality metrics for value based care payment models required. Experience with patient data tools required.
