The Director of Employee Experience at RWJ-Somerset Campus will be responsible for championing the RWJBH mission and core values, partnering with leaders to help them build and develop their teams, and help to understand and improve each employees experience.
Functions: Provides thought leadership regarding organizational, culture, and people related strategy and execution. Provide exceptional employee service and support by responding timely and accurately to general employee questions and requests. Ensures appropriate hand-offs to and follow-up by centers of excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Social Work, Hospitality or Human Resources or related field or the equivalent combination of experience is required.
Experience in organization development and design including initiatives such as career planning, coaching, learning and development, performance management, and recognition programs. A student of business who can speak intelligently about all aspects of a company's operations and how People Operations can help. Serve as a positive influencer through clear data, strong relationships, and domain expertise. Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of an organization (both inside and outside the organization).
