The Manager of Quality Programs is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all quality initiatives within the health system, including, HEDIS, NCQA, STARS, and Performance Improvement Programs. They also complete hospital inpatient and outpatient quality reporting. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end Strategy Deployment and Monitoring, and will be able to identify gaps and solutions to ensure highest ratings through the appropriate credentialing body. A solid understanding and experience with CAHPS, HOS, and NCQA and URAC accreditation is required.

A. Education/Skills
Bachelor's degree
Analytic ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal skills required
Good judgment, initiative and problem solving abilities
B. Experience
At least ten years healthcare experience with at least four years experience in health system quality.
Experienced in Hospital Acquired Condition (HAC) reduction initiatives.
Demonstrable knowledge of CMS Value Based Purchasing Programs and CMS Star Rating programs.
