Provides the ongoing development and operation of work flow process, data analysis, outcome reporting, accreditation databases and software platforms – all to facilitate the monitoring of compliance, outcomes and provider participation for healthcare accredited education and maintenance of certification activities. Implements best practices to provide timely reporting/responses to accrediting and regulatory organizations. Generates meaningful business insights from continuing education outcome data.
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred in a related quantitative discipline, business or healthcare
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of two (2) years demonstrable experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and using computerized applications to independently gather, compile and analyze data and preparing narrative or statistical reports.
Two (2) years experience with accredited continuing education and CE software platform preferred. If new to accredited education, will attend continuing medical education conference within first 12 months of employment.
Mastery expertise in Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; Adobe, Publisher, Survey Monkey, and on-line research
Experience with PARS (data repository for the ACCME), CE software platform, LMS for employee tracking and hosting activities, webcasting product such as LiveStream or Webex
Strong knowledge and experience with database systems/principles
Strong evaluation instrument design abilities
Demonstrated ability to review, summarize, aggregate and analyze data to recognize trends, predict/project outcomes, and develop reports (written and graphical)
Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy in conjunction with the 2nd level thinking
Ability to build constructive and cooperative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
