JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for developing strategic plans that position Cone Health’s Total Rewards program, enabling the organization to achieve best in class as an employer of choice in our marketplace.
The Director of Total Rewards partners with operational leaders and Human Resources to ensure the organization’s compensation and benefits programs and strategies are supporting the organization’s needs in ways that are cost-effective, strategically oriented and legally compliant and creates and facilitates the implementation of programs, practices and policies that improve recruitment of quality talent, employee retention and employee engagement.
This role is a powerful advocate for employees and leaders, as well as a passionate supporter of the mission of Cone Health.
EDUCATION: Required: Master’s degree
8-10 years experience
At least five years leadership in total rewards
At least two years of experience in health care human resources.
Demonstrated experience in leading large projects and change management
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING-REQUIRED: Certified Compensation Professional strongly preferred. Other human resource certifications may be considered with a strong compensation background.
