Association’s Mission: To lead and position community clinics, health centers, and networks through advocacy, education and services as key players in the health care delivery system to improve the health status of their communities.
Purpose of position: This position is responsible for: (1) supporting CPCA’s Training Program; (2) contributing to CPCA’s social media, marketing, and video activities; and (3) assisting with grants management and development.
Provide support for CPCA events and trainings, including registration, managing and responding to training emails, posting materials and resources online, assisting with speaker preparation activities, collecting and entering evaluation data, and preparing materials for in-person events.
Coordinate and manage in-person trainings.
Produce webinars for trainings, including speaker preparation, hosting of live webinars, editing and posting recordings, and analysis and distribution of evaluation results.
Track monthly and quarterly data for web-based and in-person trainings and events.
Produce quarterly and annual reports for Training Program.
Regularly review and update guides and instructions for all relevant systems and platforms, including iMIS, GoTo, Informz, Camtasia, etc.
Social Media, Marketing, & Video Activities
Support implementation of marketing and promotions for CPCA service lines, programs, and products.
Contribute narrative and graphic content to social media platforms and monitor analytics for each channel.
Contribute to marketing materials and collateral, including video projects.
Manage creation of conference and event programs, including working with staff to produce narrative content and with graphic designer to determine theme, layout, imagery, etc.
Support and maintain tracking mechanisms to measure results and success of social media and marketing activities.
Create, distribute, and track marketing communications for all training activities.
Serve as key contact for web site updates and content.
Grants Management & Development
Conduct prospect research for potential new funding opportunities.
Produce and track Letters of Support.
Assist with data collection for grant reports.
Help to monitor and track progress towards grant deliverables.
Attend and participate in all staff and team meetings of the Association.
Report regularly to the Deputy Director of Development & Training.
Participate in Association events and represents the Association as requested (some travel may be required).

Education and Experience: BA or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of and/or experience with health centers or trade associations preferred. Knowledge of and/or experience with iMIS Association Management System preferred.
Starting salary $58,620, plus excellent benefits.
