The Informatica MDM Hub Developer is responsible for design, development, implementation and support of the Master Data Management (MDM) platform to meet business needs. The ideal candidate for this position is a results orientated team player/leader who can solve IDD/MDM Hub challenges using Informatica's suite of tools. The individual in this role is expected to design and implement and maintain multiple MDM domains for various business units. This will require extensive experience to ensure solutions implemented follow industry standards and cohesively interact with existing and new MDM applications as they are designed and implemented.
Participate in design, development, testing, automation, and support of MDM domains
Participate in managing code and configurations for multiple environments, release management process, maintaining environment configurations and controls, and code integrity
Lead rules development for creation of a golden record for the most accurate domain content
Providing accurate work estimates and work to deliver on time, escalating proactively to team project manager when deliver dates are potentially at risk
Adhere to MDM best practices, architecture and other standards
Ability to coordinate across teams, working closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency is applied to all production issues
Build collaborative relationships within the organization
Provides assistance in root cause analysis for service interruptions
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Follows the CHRISTUS Guidelines related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), designed to prevent or detect unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI)
