In this role, the Blood Donor Center Recruiter Lead assumes responsibility for the blood donation program’s overall recruitment efforts in accordance with the program’s standards and goals.
Essential Job Duties:
Espouse the principals of Lean Thinking and creates a work environment that positively promotes continuous process improvement
Explore opportunities and innovative ideas to add value to benefit the organization and take ownership of the outcome
Schedule donors to best meet the needs of the donor in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization
Assess current blood inventory levels to ensure blood needs of the hospital are met
In conjunction with Coordinator, Blood Donor Recruitment, implements new recruitment techniques
Participate in the training of new staff and volunteers by serving as a mentor and technical resource
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
