Develops schedules and plans work for the unit. Administer the asset inventory system. Responsible for Association required reporting and records management. Responsible for filing required building reports with District of Columbia government. Responsible for property management, security, and serves as liaison to tenant. Responsible for telephone system administration, including voicemail, video conferencing, and interacting with communication system vendors. Prepare the unit’s annual budget request and administer approved budget. Interview, hire, manage, train and evaluate personnel. Administer the procurement system, maintain the central file for all purchases incurred by APHA; negotiate with vendors. Perform other related professional duties as assigned.
Four-year college or university with specialization in business or related field required. Minimum 5-7 years progressively responsible experience in facilities management, with three years in supervisory capacity. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing. Strong Customer Service orientation. Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Office Services.
Salary low - mid 70’s, commensurate with experience.
Hours: 35 hours a week, full-time, Mon- Fri. (daytime). Number of openings: 1.
