Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Supervisor \(1\.0 FTE, Days\) to work for The Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Center at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, WA\.
The Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and operational activities of the Swedish Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Center at the Cherry Hill campus\. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support operations and patient care while complying with Swedish Medical Center overall policies including assisting with implementation of clinical information systems, human resources policies, direct personnel management, establishing and enforcing standards of patient care, in support of providing cost effective, high quality diagnostic non\-invasive patient care\.
In this position you will:
Be responsible for assuring the provision of exemplary customer service while modeling service excellence behaviors to all staff
Be responsible for providing direct patient care when needed and appropriate to license or credential
Required qualifications for this position include:
Baccalaureate or Associate degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound with a specialty in adult echocardiography OR Nursing Baccalaureate degree \(BSN\)
Required Registry with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers \(ARDMS\) for adult echo OR current license to practice as Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
Current BLS Certification or ACLS
Previous lead, charge RN or supervisory experience
Experience with non\-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing
